We don't know. The devs want it to be full time but it's up to the suits. I don't think a decision or an announcement that the game is permanent has been made yet.

If you can, try and save your ally potions and use them for levels 20 and up. That will help for the higher levels. I've made over 255B since they opened that last level. The rewards from that level and the trees are insane.

My cubdrop evolved at level 15 and 30. I think that's the same for all the starter kin and their dark counterparts, but I'm not positive. I'm not sure if the cash shop or in game kin evolve. There are a couple of threads in the forum that contain a lot of info on stats etc.

I have no life! rofl Also, when they get to a certain level it's basically one hit and the enemy is dead so leveling up is pretty fast. But I have played this game for hours and hours ... which proves I really do not have a life. emo
