well what happens is that the girl finally gets out of the town but her step ,mother is coming back into town and finds her.. then she brings her back to the house and explains that her father has been killed in a terrible accident.. and not knowing that it was her step mothers fault, she tells about her baby and the horrible man responsible.. the mother arranges for the marraige to be redone because she wants the will to be hers after she kills the father of the child AND her loving step daughter....
