Wow, I'm so happy for you! At least you can do some physical stuff now, but don't try to bike too much, because you could tear it again. I know that the stretches hurt, but they're helping aren't they?

You won't as long as you keep yourself from breaking your leg...she ended up breaking her legs like 3 weeks after she had her hamstring messed uo, so now she limps. She still dances and runs around and stuff though, just not too much.
Just be careful ok?

Yeah I just found out that the "technical difficulty" was that someone burned a trash can down inside the school...I think it's a stupid reason to be let out, but at least we got out. razz
You definitely shouldn't try running then, just walk some
My friend had that happen to her and now she limps slightly, but she's gotten a lot better than she was last year

Oh my gosh! O_O Are you serious?? Ouch! Your hamstring? I've heard of it done before and it hurts me just thinking about it, I can't even imagine how much it hurt you! sad I wouldn't have been too happy either man, did your other trackmeets before that go good? You can't jog? That must really suck...yeah at least you don't have anymore school, when did it get let out? I have 2 more weeks left, but we got let out early today, because of some "technical difficulties" as my pricipal put it >< (haha long comment eh? ^_^)
