Dude, maybe the guy has simply given up and finds that it's too much hassle to deal with his health. There are some people who are just stuck in their ways and it'll take something of a considerable magnitude to jerk them out of their rut. He seriously needs to be motivated though, because a heart attack is a horrible way to die, with diabetes complications as well. I wish him well.

You can make a pelau out of law-fat milk or a healthy substitute... you really should try it, even if it's a little bowl (think the tiny ziploc bowl)

Ugggh, I am *not* lucky with stool softeners and whatnot. It just forces my hard poo down and it's never pleasant as they portray it. gonk
