Satoshi Morinozuka is from Ouran High School Host Club Manga. He is Takashi (Mori) Morinozuka's little brother, and is in his last year of middle school.

Hopefully Satoshi will join up with a Chika eventually, though. As I know someone that *wants* to play him ^^
