I wouldn't mind living in the city, but it's a lot more expensive there, and getting to the city from where I used to live takes less than half an hour. I hear you about some suburbs being scary though, I lived in an apartment complex ghetto at one point. I don't think there was a night where the cops weren't called on somebody within ear-shot while we lived there.

I totally understand that, I spend all my time in portland, all my friends are in portland, I'll be going to college in portland soon too because they don't have the classes at the school out here. It's retarded to live this far away from everything, but then again it's nicer for a family of 5 than some crappy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that we lived in for like 8 years, haha. @_@

Ugh same here, I haven't been out for over a week. It's driving me nuts! The recent snow-storm in the general Portland area is just screwing everything up because I live out in ******** nowhere so it takes a while to get downtown ;(

Oh well, could be worse though! The snow will thin up to the point where I can get places eventually. xD
