i apologize for the way-too-late reply. obviously haven't spent much time on gaia lately OTL

but ah, creative industries! sounds sorta up my alley :')
it's a shame you can't go to waterloo :/
but i'm sure you'll become just as successful no matter the university.
how close do you live to the places you've applied to?
and when do you find out about acceptance (if you haven't already)?

dang, i don't think i'd survive in a non-semestered environment haha. i tend to make so many changes to my schedule...
why didn't Carery choose to do a summer or online course?

this semester i'm taking visual art, english, writer's craft and photography.
should be a pretty decent few months as long as i keep my notes and such organized for once.
how are your organization skills? :P

i don't even know what to say! my memory of our earlier years is pretty hazy anyway, so i can't really remember anything o.o

we just watch anime o.0 which sounds boring, but that's what we like to do XD this year though, we're trying to incorporate some mini events =P like an anime-themed picnic or something. teehee (:
awww :( that kind of thing is a shame. =/ can't really do much about it though. we can only wait for those kind of "homophobic tendencies" to settle down a bit more over the years >.<
our school also has people like that here and there. i remember when i was in grade 9, a girl sitting with my friend and i fully started putting down gays and saying gays were disgusting.... i wasn't really sure of myself at the time, so i didn't say anything, but it felt really bad to hear :(

yeaah! we just get booted out =D
i still stuck with 2 ib courses though xD (math/french) but that's okay =P
i'm already done over 60 hours so i'm fine i think xD

ohhh that sounds really awesome. curry's is such a pretty store *__* i love going in there and just seeing all the supplies. makes me suddenly feel more creative LOL

teachers can be just so creepy sometimes...

lol. yeaaah. there's a lot of brown/yellow-ish people in IB, and then IB dropouts, and then the regular students are white/brown/black. o:

i'm not so sure about that. xD he can probably still be pushed into the girls' washrooms :P
maybe i just never had anything in common with him. honestly, i never really understood him.

oh my god lol i know what you mean. right now we have family friends over. and their kids go to a french immersion school... they're like, only 11, but could own me anyday. what sucks more is that they know another 3 languages besides french... e___e"

aww... D: i can only imagine.... VP is at least 70% asian... but at least we have brown/black/white people too. XD
and about the guys in your school, i think they have what you'd call a "faux-hawk"
i'd kind of love going to your school though. i'd teach those bastards a lesson. :P

hmm easy to push around. difficult to communicate with.... maybe it's just me e.0

well i guess for you, you don't need people you rarely talk to. as for me, i have them there just in case i need something...
although it sounds rude, i guess you could say i'm using them, although they're using me too... so it's okay?? =PPP (for example, if i need help w/ homework 'cause i'm dumb! :D)
haha... we were definitely really silly... but i guess following the trends at least gave us something to do. xD

no way... i'm scared too :P

i'll admit, russian is pretty good for cussing people out haha. and as for french, i think the only way you could learn it somewhat properly, is in an immersion school. >_<

well when i imagine the "rough"... it's kinda like. old, fat, alcoholic russians with bellowing voices. o__0
but perhaps there really is something good about the language. xD i'm not sure :P

lol, as for evanescence. i mostly rewrote the wikipedia page redface although i really do love the band and i love amy lee.
maybe i was better in elementary, but i'm not anymore. :D
my grades now range from 60s to 80s..... i also failed my science exam in grade 10, and gave up on a french assignment that was worth 15% of my final mark :DD
just to highlight some of my downsides ^^

LOL yes she did teach us the wrong ways.
although i have to give her props for at least getting us somewhere. when i left st.andrews for a few months, the other school i went to was a lot worse by far.
oh well >_<

aww. D: bad teachers suckk. >_< i don't really know most of my teachers, so not even sure what to expect D:
and yeah... i actually have had a lot of teachers that drift off talking about themselves e__e

russians are glamourized(?) in anime. ;-----; i've seen a lot of cool russian characters in my time as well. :P
but i find the language to be really awkward and "rough"?
and if you're going to actually speak to true russians, most of the ones i know are blehhh >_<

lol 90s. all i can say is that i miss getting those.
IB has revealed who i really am - a lazy worthless person. hahah.

but you are definitely smart and hardworking from what i know.
don't udnerestimate yourself (:
