That's what I meant. You being un-able to log in is kind of a hint someone may have hacked you. So yeah, I think it would be good to include it in the e-mail. c:

Well, not sure. It IS an indication someone has changed your password without your knowing. So yes, I believe so :3

Okay. First, take the print screen again. Then on MS Paint. press and hold Ctrl + V.

The image should appear on the MS canvas, go to file, save as and use Jpeg or GIF. (JPEG would be better, but it may be fuzzy) save it and upload it onto Photobucket.

If you're talking about the F1 through 12 buttons, those aren't it. PrtScr or SysRq (which is the same button) should be either located after F12, or at the end of the keyboard. (it may also be somewhere else, but these are the most popular places.)

Either way, it should be in the general area of the keypad, or the keyboard arrows.

First go to the page you need to have copied/captured. Look at your keyboard and find a key that says PRTSC SYSRQ it should be next to F12

Press that and then open up MSPaint or some kind of drawing program and press CTRL and V (hold down ctrl and press v while holding ctrl) and it will paste the screen picture in the canvas, then you just have to save it as a .jpg or jpeg and you can upload it to photobucket and link them to it =3

SysRq is the right one. It means 'System Record' I believe. it's the same thing as PrtScr. c:

1 Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It may be labeled [PrtScn].

2 Open an image editing program, such as Microsoft Paint.

3 Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.

4 If prompted to enlarge the image, choose Yes.

5 Optional: Use your image editor's crop tool to crop out unnecessary portions of the screen shot.

6 Go to the File Menu and choose Save As.

7 Navigate to the folder where you want to save the image.

8 Type a file name for the image.

9 Select a file type.

10 Click the Save button.

You can also hold the Alt key down while pressing Print Screen to capture only the active window.

Generally the GIF format works best when saving screen shots of application windows. The JPEG format usually makes screen shots (especially those with text) blurry, blotchy and discolored.)

That's how, good luck c;
