Well, there is a character that my friend and I made years ago and I wanted to update her. Here's the picture . I wanted her to have a page boy hairstyle like Qorra from tron legacy but like maybe three inches longer. and Have her look more like an adult. I would also like her eyes to have that smug, evil look about them. In the picture I would like to have her sit in an office chair with her leg crossed on top of her other while her hands go like this smiling evily (not like mr. Burns though, just the hands and with five fingers because this is the only picture I could get that has the hand stance like this) like she's the godfather.

For outfit wise, I would like to see if you could put her in a sleek, black dress(With thin straps and dress goes up to thighs) and have her wearing a white labcoat. Also if you could, make her have black pumps with standard inch size heels. If you there is anything I left out for helping you draw this, please let me know so we can square it away.
