I would like to know if you have thought anything on kicking this war in to high gear?

I am tired of waiting around, and cannot seem to convince England to post.

Ludwg - I don't care if America stays neutral or not. I'd prefer him on my side, though only because of the weaponry he has. But this is a war over weapons... I have mixed feelings on the subject, if you cannot tell.
