One reason is because if they take her too soon, they wouldn't be prepared enough to starve themselves
since Arisa's blood is incredibly addictive (it's hard to explain)
and well, another reason is that they want to torture Kai, seeing as he's in love with her.
And the more Kai falls in love with Arisa, the more painful it will be for him |:

No, Minoru and Kaiba are waiting for a while.
The reason why it's taking so long is because Minoru and Kaiba pretty much need to prepare to stave themselves.
If they get Arisa, they would deprive themselves of blood so that they can take in Arisa's blood even faster
and that they'd want it more.

First off, Minoru and Kaiba (the henchmen) could care less about protecting Ai
because, well, they just don't care about children |:
And Hisao wouldn't be too mad, seeing as he pretty much knows nobody Kai is with is a threat.
I dunno, but there'd be no point in kidnapping Ai |:

Arisa has enough blood for two vampires but it would be bad x.x
And Hisao already knows Kai has Arisa because of the frequent visits Kai has had with him since he kidnapped Arisa.
Kai pretty much has to give updates on Arisa so yeah...Hisao knows lol.
But answer this; why would Hisao's henchmen kidnap Ai?
