At least it will be a good story to tell your kids (I'd think it was hilarious if I was your kid...I feel kinda wierd now). Oh well! Do you have an email I could use? I'm doing weekly updates on my college experience and the next one will have pictures! (I'll send you the back issues too, just pm me with your email). And if you feel bad about being "behind", don't. I just met a kid yesterday who was a freshman at 23!

XDDD I think I was there and witnessed that today. I hard about the message too!

Hmm. . .The only breathing technique I do is "in with your nose and out with your mouth". . .Which only lasts for about a mile and half x]

I need to see that book 'cause 5 minute miles sounds too good to be true! As for the breathing, as long as you're doing it while doing ANY type of workout is good. Don't want you to pass out o.o The sprinting workout's gonna be fun [Smirk]

Anyways, you going to the symphony in a couple weeks?

You should get a library card (I have 3, one for each county I live near). Rumor has it that you can rent movies for FREE! (and, if you're really nice, you can rent books too!). lol
