No, no. That's Air Gear (which is just as awesome as Get Backers). Get Backers follows Ginji and Ban. They are a retrival business that gets paid to get stuff back for people (hence the title). The stuff they get back tends to dip into the illegal side of society and tends to get them into a lot of trouble. It's a cute, serious, twisted awesome story.

I think you would like it.

You have to watch Get Backers! It's amazing. One of the characters totally looks like an older Allen. And Kazuki (the chara I'm cosplaying) has to be the gayest thing to ever grace anime. He and Juubei are just. Oh. So. Gay! xDDD
