Apparently this is just the place to express myself, to write something about myself to share with other Gaians. I'm not entirely sure what I should share. I could tell a short anecdote about an interesting event in my life-would that be appropriate?

When I was in fifth grade or so I saw an old bicycle in a thrift store. I decided I wanted it more than anything and spent several hours trying to find ways to pay for it. I asked my parents for loans, I counted my small, slightly pathetic, savings, I even considered using my still valued collection of one dollar coins. A few hours later (five or so) I consulted my mental image of the bike and wondered why I had ever wanted it.

I am a high school student. I would like to spend all of my life in a hammock, outside with a soft breeze and a book. This has not been realized yet.

I finally re-read DH. It made me rather sad.

Ooh, and I finally submitted the first chapter of my Bellatrix story to MNFF. I'm reconsidering the title, though. :/ "In Pursuit of Greatness"--it doesn't actually seem at all fitting, and I'm not sure why I chose it, other than I had been putting it off for months because I didn't have a title.
