Ahaha Any car with the right amount of funds can become a beast.

Cobra's are just pre-built. I'd much rather build a car myself, the payout is soo much better.

Yeah, they're more popular and they're also cheaper.

I was thinking about getting a 02-04 4.6l, just because I can get a procharger kit for it and blow the v8's off the road.

Actually, the newer mustang from about 04-09 (I think) are very good project cars, they have a lot of potential.

The 5.0l in my old GT had about the same amount of power in my old 88 z28, even the the z28 was a 5.7l engine, almost a complete liter more.

They were both pushing around 230 horses.

Yup, LS3 engines pack quite a punch, a lot of camaro enthusiasts I know swap the stock engines for those beasty Corvette engines.

One of my friends owns a 1971 Corvette stingray, 5.7l v8 engine, but he hasit in his garage burried under a bunch of s**t.

It really is a waste of an American classic.

Yeah, but I'm pretty sure you have to put a deposit or something on one to test drive it.

Assuming you're talking about the 2010 models.

When I think about it, my Camaro's steering wheel was kind of loose, too.

Probably just because of the age, though. I'm pretty sure the stock power steering was still on it.

I loved the way my 88 used to handle.

Only 'stang I've ever driven was also an 88, a GT too.
Sold both of them last month, lol.

I love American muscle all around, but the Camaro was my first car.
