Some parts are kinda dumb, but not overly so. The majority of the movie I was cracking up. George Clooney was idiotic, but hilarious.

"The Men Who Stare at Goats." It was goofy as hell, and made very little sense. But, it was supposed to be super-goofy, so it was fun to watch.
