3 sets of them. It's meant to be very high intensity and when you do take a break, you're still supposed to be moving in place .. like high knees in place or jumping jacks. Basically, that's sorta what circuit training is, but my breakdown of it is kinda weak because I'm not that ready for a big circuit yet. xD
I'm trying to get my mile under 6 minutes now and to be able to do circuit training after that.
I reached my goal btw. I can run 4 miles under 32 minutes now. heart
