I ran non-stop for like 15 minutes or something... D:
I felt so tired I can't believe I ran another like 20 minutes after that to get home/
Actually it probably wasn't 4 miles.... it was probabaly like 2 miles or may 2 and a half. But it felt like ALOT.

there's a product called toner that most dye brands sell. It's actually just purple to cancel out the yellow. I wouldn't know how well it works though...

I've been experimenting for years with dyes. But to get the color I have now, I just bleach with flash lightning bleach until it's light yellow/white. Than I use special effects dye. The dye is a deposit (like most unnatural colors) so I usually wrap up my hair with plastic wrap and let it sit over night.
