Oh okay. I might consider it, although I don't really have the money to spend on something like that, so I might have to stick with the apps I'm using now.

I have a couple of apps on my phone that help with learning how to read and write it, but I think it would be better if I had someone there who could teach me how to pronounce it because the apps I have used sound kinda off.

Nah I used to take classes a few years ago, but I've forgotten pretty much everything now. xD
Now I'm looking for a course to learn Korean, though I might take up Japanese again too.

Yeah, totally. That would be really cool. Although my Japanese teacher said that there probably wasn't much to see in the sister city for Whk but it would still be really cool to visit.

The town here is called Whakatane, and the sister city in Japan is Kamagaya. I actually found a site that has several more sister cities in Japan to other towns/cities here though. I had no idea about the rest of them though, it's really cool!

If I ever do get to Tokyo Disney, I'll make sure to take lots of pictures so I can show you! ^^
Ah yes, what a perfect idea. I absolutely love cherry blossom trees, I have some perfume that I got given on Christmas that is cherry blossom scented, and although I don't normally use perfume I really liked it.
I really want to go and see the traditional side of Japan the most. I mean I can see a city anywhere, but I can't see traditional Japanese temples and castles anywhere. The also have a sister city for one of the towns I used to live in over there which I would really like to visit.

Yeah I heard they had something like Disney Land in Japan too. I've always wanted to go to Japan, so maybe two birds with one stone kind of thing.

Woooooow!!! OMG I want to go there so bad right now! Thanks for the link too by the way. Hopefully I can succeed in getting a job and start saving up for a trip! There are a few other places I would probably visit first, but I would definitely work my way over there eventually.

I think she might actually enjoy a cruise, so I'll look into that, thanks for the suggestion. I'm not too fond of boats myself, but it may even be nice if I could do something like that for my parents.

Wait...there is a Disney World and a Disney Land!? I thought there was just another Disney Land in another city or something.

To be honest, living in a camper-van or one of those mobile tiny homes with just me and Evie sounds great, wouldn't have to pay rent, since I owned it, but trying to find a place to keep it would be a bit of a hassle. So I think I might just leave that dream to my parents. xD

Oh wow really? That sounds awesome! We don't have anything close to Disney land over here, even if you put all of our theme parks and animal sanctuaries into one place, it still wouldn't compare. I'd love to be able to do something like that with my mum, she is terrified of flying though, so I don't see that going down too well. I, on the other hand, love to fly! I've only been on a plane a few times, but it's one of my favorite things about travelling. Here's hoping your plans workout nicely anyway.

We have also been looking online, and applied for a few houses, but didn't get them, so now we are thinking of just going to the real estate places in person and seeing what they have available there. Unfortunately, as I am right now, I can't work due to medical reasons, but my brothers are looking at getting a job so that should help a but with the expenses. Meanwhile I'm going to be working on my health so I can hopefully soon get a job as well.

My parents haven't had any time for jut the two of them since they got married. They had my oldest brother less than a year after they got married and were living with other people before then. They have been together for at least 35 years now, so I can totally relate with wanting to give the parents some time for just them. Their dream was to buy a camper-van and travel around in that for a few years, but that doesn't seem to be possible now, unfortunately. If I could I would love to be able to make that dream come true, or at least help towards it.

Oh wow, that's a lot of animals. Our neighbors have around the same animals around here too. The kiwi fruit orchards at the back and to the side of us have turkeys, which are quite vicious, so people often use them to guard their orchards and such. One orchard has sheep as well. Across the road from us are cows, and in front of us our neighbors have chickens and a rooster, which crows all the time. >.<
The people with chickens also have a cat that our cats don't seem to like very much, and there is also a stray cat around that is actually the father to two of our cats. Despite being surrounded by animals, it's actually quite peaceful out here. Other than the fact that it takes a lot of fuel to get into town, I wouldn't mind finding another rural property to live in. I'm going to miss the peace and quiet if we have to move into town.

My little Evie is a Bichon Frise x Japanese Spitz mix. She is an adorable little white fluff ball with tonnes of energy! She would be quite a good show dog if I had properly trained her, but I'm not really interested in that. She could be quite good at athletic shows too, but I don't have the time or energy to train her for that either. She is quite an expensive dog to take care of though, and I'm a little worried I might not be able to afford her once we move out. She has a thick double coat that doesn't shed, so I have to wash and brush it a lot to avoid it getting all matted and tangled. It grows out pretty quickly too, so I have to take her to a groomer quite often, at least every six weeks. Not to mention the shampoo and conditioner I have to buy which can get quite expensive. I'm just glad she is such a small dog and doesn't eat much otherwise I'd be broke! (I pretty much already am though xD ) She doesn't mind eating the cheap-ish grocery store dog food though, so that's a plus as well. I absolutely love her to bits, even though she can be quite a handful, and I would be totally devastated if I had to give her away. But if I couldn't afford to take care of her like she needs me to, then I know it wouldn't be fair to keep her. I have a few pictures of her on my phone if you would like to see her.

Going to have to do quite a bit of re-budgeting, and there is a lot I'm probably going to have to give up in order to be able to afford rent, power, water, food, internet etc...but I'm excited at the possibility of becoming more independent. This will be the first time I will have lived in a house without my parents.

Well in total we have four cats and a dog. We are looking at re-homing two of the cats though. My younger brother owns one of the cats we are (hopefully) going to be keeping, and I own the dog. So we are looking for a house that would allow us to have a cat and a dog. We don't mind if they aren't allowed inside, although it would be nice if they could be inside, but they have both lived their whole lives so far outside, so it isn't a major priority.

Ah I see. Well that's good then.
The whole family lives together right now, and will all be moving around the same time, but not into the same house. My sister and her kids are going off on their own, I'm moving out with two of my brothers, I have no idea what my other two brothers are going to do, and my parents are looking for somewhere to board rather than renting their own place. I'm not sure how well all of this is going to work out, but that's the plan so far. My brothers and I would prefer to find somewhere to rent in our current town, but the housing here is pretty expensive and there aren't many places open to renting, especially ones that allow pets.
