OK then. When you are sure that it is clean, make sure that you wrap it in something that will secure the cut.
If it over bleeds, then re-wrap it with something more thin then add another cover that is much thicker.

How deep would you say it is? If very, be gentle on cleaning it. If not so, just go for it. She might wake up though due to the fact that it is alcohol.

Amputate means to clean it, you gotta put something like alcohol so it doesn't get infected.
It will cause so much pain, so have her grip on something or anything help her.

Well, you gotta amputate it so it doesn't get infected. It's gonna hurt a lot, but you need to get some antibacterial substance to but on the cut. After that, you gotta secure it in something that fully covers the wound. Make sure that you properly cover up the cut too.
