Hey thanks for checking up on me! I'm nowhere near there yet but my dreams have gone from plain bad to just plain weird LOL! I have alot of stressors in my life right now though & alot on my mind. Plus I'm an innate worrier (WORRIER NOT WARRIOR). Thanks Mum. I am no longer scared to fall asleep & dream though, which is a BIG step. That still hasn't made falling asleep easy, I need to go through a routine to be drowsy enough to sleep.

I keep forgetting to write my dreams down! ! ! I'm pretty sure I had a couple of them where I argued with someone over its' reality. They kept telling me it was real & I can remember that when I let myself think that, I put myself in danger. Like standing still and then falling through sky suddenly or feeling pain in my hand when I forgot it wasn't real.

I don't have control yet, but there has been a shift. I don't recall having as many nightmares, even though there are challenges in the dream I feel braver. I'm a wuss puss in real life. Well, not with ALL things but I've noticed that I'm facing fears more in dreams & I'm not cowering anymore. I will keep trying, thanks again for your advice. It definitely helped. heart
