DEAR GAIA,
Morning Gaia, you can call me Rabbit. My username comes from the title of a Sufjan Stevens song. I grew up in Kyiv, Ukraine, but moved to NA in 2007 for school, which makes me 19. I may have been assimilated into the classic melting pot, but I still maintain the very European love of football and a ukrainian accent.
I work as your everyday chatter at a clothing boutique, and live in a small apartment with a roommate (her name is Beth and she's mad as a hatter). I really love hot chocolate, coffee, and vodka, add one to the other or whatever and I'll love that too. ^_^ I eat really weird foods, like veg perogies and greek salad mashed up. I have a weakness for freshly baked bread, peach pie, and anything soft.
I've been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for four years, I love music, and movies, and baths. Bubble baths are my favorite thing. Classic 40s-70s cinema has my heart, especially stars like Lauren Bacall and Red Skelton. Sigh. I'm un-single. My favorite colors are black and grey. I'm very romantic, but a bit of a cynic. A walking contradiction, maybe.
My words are a bit jumbly, probably because english is my second language. Pardon my mistakes... also, my habit of making horrible puns and such. I know I make them, deal with it! Just foruming around here is upping my skillz.
My family is Eastern Orthodox Christian, and this is how I was raised, but I turned out agnostic. Don't let me catch you religion-bashing! I have three sisters and one brother, none of whom share my continent. This means I am often sad and homesick. Give me hugs!
