My scary dreams have been few and far between. 99% of the time I dream in 3rd person so I realize it is a dream and tend to disassociate myself.
I'm sorry you have to deal with all that, though. =(

I was in college at the time. I'm pretty sure that was a day off from classes, though. I remember feeling horrible for the entire rest of the day, and tearing up if I thought too hard about it. It really seemed like it had actually happened. If I remember correctly I woke up shaking. I don't know. It was very weird, like an alternate reality all most. Made me super fearful of driving for a while.
Just the most vivid part I remember about that was NOT being scared at all. IN the dream, yes, I was horrified. But after I woke up, no. Strange calmness. Then super bad feeling in pit of stomach and "empty" hours afterward.

The car one? To be honest I think I was in shock. I didn't feel much of anything aside from wanting to throw up from being around so much blood.
It was a VERY weird feeling.
