"Hey, I've had worse. You on the other hand actually do need help." The Hunter looked down at himself, then at Rio
"Ahhh s**t... We're both covered in dust and blood. Wonder what the docs gonna think..." He laughed at the thought, something along the lines of everyone freezing up as the two entered the room, just wondering what it was the two got into.
"Speaking of doctor, I should probably call an ambulance or twenty for those guys back there... and the police. Christ, they're gonna be pissed at me for all the paperwork they're gonna have to do for this one..."

"I think he's out cold..." The Hunter check his pulse to make sure he didn't beat him to death
"Yep, still alive."
He got up and turned to Rio "Now, whats wrong? I've gotta help you or we've gotta get you some help if this is serious."

"I've got one round left... Lets hope I live up to my name here."
The colonial charged at the two
"I'd like to see ya shoot that thing when yer' missin' a hand!" The hunter yelled, firing his last round. It pierced the mans right hand, he let out a scream. Knight got to his feet, it was clear this was going to turn into hand to hand combat. The two charged at each other, as the man swung his shotgun at the Hunter, Knight tripped his up, forcing him to the ground on his back.
Even then the crazed man didn't give up, he swung at Knight, but the Hunter caught his punch, and hit him back with double the force with his left hand. Having him pinned to the ground, the Hunter began beating on the man out of anger "So you like killing innocent men you piece of s**t?" He threw another few punches at the mans head

Knight looked behind him to find a stumbling Rio
"Rio, get down!" Bullets rang past his ears, nearly hitting his companion. Knight ran up the Rio and tackled him to the ground "Its me, don't start swingin'!"
Knight blindly fired a shot or two off over his shoulder to distract the two men firing at them. He looked down at Rio "s**t, what happened to you? I know that explosion knocked ya back a bit." Another shot flew past the man
"Lets get you to some cover!" Knight firemens' carried Rio and ran to cover, laying him down gently "Hang tight!" Knight fired another shot, hitting the last remaning solider to the ground.
"I can take you both myself!" the colonial cocked his shotgun
"I'd love to see you try!" The Hunter yelled back

"Never-Urgh. N-Never better!" He lied, shooting down another two men.
At this point there were only three men plus the colonial left, wherever the hell he was.
"I would suggest running." The Hunter yelled at the troops, Two of them began running off; two shots of what Knight figured to be a shotgun rang off in the distance accompanied by two screams of pain, suddenly a blood splattered Colonial appeared over the hill top. "Goddamn cowards"
'Did he just... Oh my God'

"Are you kidding me? Your letting these two fools take you all down men? Get the hell back up!" "How 'bout ya' come and fight us ya self, b***h!"
A group groan rang through the town center, none of the soldiers got up.
'Are you shitting me?' Another grenade rolled next to the Hunter, he picked it up and attempted to do something similar to what Rio had done... except without blowing himself up, four soldiers were blown off of the feet. Knight stood up to see the damage the grenade had done; a bullet grazed his shoulder, his eyes began to glow a bright red
"Aghh! Goddammit!"

"Jesus Christ, watch yourself dude!" The Hunter got into a shooting battle with one of the remaining troops. After several retaliations from each other they had both run out of bullets, the man charged Knight swinging the stock of his rifle.
Knight cocked his eyebrow as he raised his machete, he quickly turned back.
"Dumbass" The Hunter murmured to himself, firing a bullet into the mans rear. "You alright over there Rio?"

"Rio! Get the hell down!" The Hunter shouted at his companion as a bullet grazed past his head
One. Two. Three. Four. Reload.
One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Reload.

"We're gonna be here a long time if we just keep pickin' em off like this..."

He nodded, the two ran down the flights of stairs and out of the building. "Alright, light them up!" Knights voice rang through the sky
He shot the first two men he could see in the hand, the rest quickly returning fire

"Meh, when I charge into a battle like this since theres hardly any cover theres no real need for a plan... unless of course we face tanks" He gulped at the thought of that.
"If thats the case, I really hope you've got a better arm then I..."

Noticing the mans expression "I know I'm not the best candidate for saying this considering my attitude a bit earlier but, are you mentally prepared for this Rio?" The Hunter inquired.
He looked up at Rio "This is gonna be a hell of a battle, and I'd feel bad if I got hurt, but I'd feel horrible if you got hurt 'cause I dragged ya' into this."

"Okay. Lets get up on the roof to see what were gonna be facing..." This was a valid reason, but more or less an excuse for Knight to see the sunrise.
They climbed the many flights of stairs and finally arrived at the door leading to the roof, Knight charged it with his shoulder and the two walked out. He looked down at the town center to find fifty plus men posted there.
"Holy s**t.... looks like they were expectin' us"

Knight sat with his head buried in his hands. Anger told him to kill, an anger of this magnitude had never existed inside of this man before, and he wanted nothing more then to do so at that moment. However, Rios' words rang true in his mind. He punched the dash, nearly breaking the metal plating in his glove, then let out a furious yell at the sky, or rather, roof. He didn't know what to do. He was so frustrated he could almost-

A tear appeared from the outside edge of the mans glasses and rolled down his cheek, smearing the skull paint upon his face in its path.
"I'm angry. I'm scared."

"...And I need revenge."

It was clear Knight didn't have much hope left in him. He nearly faced death three times that week and they weren't even TRYING to kill him, and now the news from the old Colonial came and bashed him over the head. He tried digging deep for something left inside, something to encourage him to keep fighting for his cause.
He quickly found a source... But it wasn't the correct one.
A disturbing thought of his managed to escape the mans mouth:"Rio, if I fight with you, I will not be aiming for limbs. I do not have any remaining respect or care for these... men."
