when my cousin first saw FMA, she was...... 3 and loved anime (my fault for that XD) she was watching Inuyasha and she saw episode 3, and had nightmares, but then she also saw episode 13 and told me the next day that she watched a lady shoot a puppy and things explodedededed into the sky.
She's 10 now, and watched all fo FMA (if she doesnt jump around enough... first she was obsessed with Fletcher, then Wrath, then Fletcher again, then stayed with Wrath, until she saw t5he movie when he dies, then she went to Al, and shes staying with Al. there are other people, but from different animes.)

XD I know how u feel!
When FMA came out in America, I was like....8 or 9...maybe 7... but I saw the 3rd episode and loved it, but I couldnt read a clock very well, so yeah -.- didnt know when it came on. All I know is that I had nightmares about the 'thing' Ed and Al brought back, and Ed missing a leg for over a month.....
Then, a few weeks later, I saw episode like....28 or something, when Wrath first comes in, then 40, so yeah....first year it came out I saw 3 episodes in random order... and I couldnt understand any of it, but i loved it. Then, i found when it was on and watched it, became obsessed, and yeah XD

XD Im the only one out of my friends that knew it was him! II AI II screamed when I told her. -.-
I liked the old animation better, but as long as its FMA non the less, i'll live XD XD XD I watched the first episode 7 times to try to get use to the animation ..... it worked! XD
