Some things that can fix framerate:
1 Update your gaming stuff
2 Close everything
3 Go into game options, put 16bit, force 60fps.

That's another problem with it.
Alright, in your PoFV folder you'll find a document called IP.txt.
Inside, at the top, you'll find IPAddress = (Blah)
Erase whatever numbers are there, and replace them with this: 66.229.16.6
One space away from the equal when putting it in.
Then use this and give me your IP.
After that go into match mode in the game and select Youkai Vs. Youkai till we connect.
