I was originally an electrical engineering major my freshman year
and i went into absolute depression.
i would shut myself off from the world and just walked around like
a zombie and it was very horrible.
one day i just decided to sit up and sing again and i realized it was
the only thing that made me happy.
i've been classically training since i was 8 and singing was always
a major part of my life since the very start...
Hi. I am unsure of what you're agreeing with, but you're welcome to post on my profile anytime. Nothing to worry about. And it isn't spam to reply to someone. So that would have been fine.
Oh! Thank you!
It was really rough and I can definitely do better.
I have more clear recordings on my bandcamp.
It's linked on my profile.. I'm not sure if you heard them.
That's okay haha. My mom told me that sometimes when you have a degree it's used to check off that marker that you have one lol. Also that even though you're in one company you may change careers multiple times. I guess it's about just learning how to adapt.
I was thinking of possibly looking into translation/localization jobs lol. There's also some community involvement things. I'm not really sure at all haha. It's okay.
You could try volunteering locally doing something with ESL and/or working with kids to see if it's something you'd be interested in :3 It's a good way to get your feet wet.
You learn so much about yourself when you're out of your comfort zone lol. It doesn't have to be as extreme as out of the country, but even just doing something completely new haha.
I definitely recommend going out of your comfort zone!
