I am Dr. Robert J. Abel, DNP, PMHNP-BC (Dr. Bob), a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatry with a virtual video practice and an office on the Upper West Side of NYC with a clinical doctoral degree. I have more than 25 years of experience in the mental health and psychiatric fields. I specialize in the treatment of Attentional Disorders (ADHD, ADD), Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), insomnia, and bipolar disorder in children, teens, adults, and seniors. I work with both clients who have had previous experience in therapy and those who are new to therapy.
