If it is, its beyond my knowledge. I just play the games lol. I know the feeling, at that point starting over is such a hassle.

Oh shitty! I was going to suggest the stormcloaks next lol. I wonder if you can get a mod for the PS3 so you can enter developer codes. Then you could force the guard to ask you to pay the bounty lol.

Hey, have you tried paying off your bounty in Skyrim? I had that same problem with the markarth guards, so I went to the shrine of Talos. I got attacked by one of the two gaurds that were there. I quickly skipped all the chat, finally said "fine, take me", and he stopped talking, quickly healed, talked to me again, and gave me the option to pay my bounty. It worked for me biggrin
