Saw a forum post and thought I'd. Also to give you a book recommendation, since you seem to like reading about evolutionary theory. The Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkins. It can get a bit technical and dry at times, but if that sort of thing gets tedious for you those passages can just be skimmed through.
