We are talking about the same type of tortilla...the flour kind, not the chips. You butter the sides before grilling...

=o Dude. Cheese. In tortillas. It's....so good. you can add anything to it and it's all melty and delicious. UNPICKYFY! From one picky eater to another, it's hard to go wrong with melty cheese in between grilled tortillas.
