Music=Life
So prettymuch, thoughts of music consume my entire life, both night and day. I could never live without it. I play three instruments- piano, for 11 years, cello for 7 years, and bass guitar for 9 months (Holy, it’s been that long?).

With piano, I take lessons and play recitals, but that’s prettymuch it. I used to play in my school’s jazz band for a few years, but I got fed up with the teacher and rehearsing at 6 in the morning. xP I also enjoy arranging songs for a solo piano part, or transcribing piano pieces by ear. <3

Cello, I started just to fill in a year, and then I was going to quit and go play Clarinet in the band. But I decided that I truly loved playing the cello, so I’ve stuck with it ever since. I played in my school’s orchestra up until this year when I quit because I absolutely could not work with the director anymore. He knows nothing about orchestra. However, I play in an outside orchestra, and I play piano/cello duets, along with in a string quartet with close friends.

Bass guitar… Ohlord. That instrument has consumed my every thought and passion in the world. I can play one, one measure riff over and over again for five hours straight. That’s how much I love it. I’m so passionate about it that I want to play it my whole life, and be in an amazing band that plays lots of shows.

Oh, shows! I go to shows at least once a month because I love to watch bands play live, and see how they work and interact together, and also just to soak up all the gloriousness that is music. <3

Speaking of bands, I just started a band over the summer with two friends, and though we’re just learning to play covers together right now (mainly Red Hot Chili Peppers), we’re going to start writing our own music very soon… As soon as fall sports are over, and we actually have time to practice~

As for the types of music that I like, I love anything from soft, feel good rock, to screamo/hardcore, and metal. I don’t mind some pop (mainly I only like it in French and Japanese), and I can tolerate country, however, DON’T EVER talk to me about rap or hip-hop. –shudders- I despise those genres with a passion and will shun you. Well, unless you’re a close friend. <3 By the way, if you haven’t already, you should check out Visual Kei, Oshare Kei, and other J-rock bands. They’re only like the best ever. <3

Above’s a picture of my dog being a fairy princess for Halloween. <3 Yes, he’s a boy. XD I know, I’m awful, right? He’s a mutt, and his name’s Rebel… We’re pretty sure he’s part greyhound and part lab. n-n

I also have a kitty, and his name’s Mystic. He’s a silver tabby, and he’s actually getting rather old. o_o He’s like eight now, I think. <3 He likes to lay around on my lap all day and drool on me. He’s also a vicious hunter and will kill cute furry things. ;-;

Tidus has been my best friend for three years now... He listens and helps me out when I'm feeling down, and he also puts up with me when I'm being a dork. xP Though, he's usually being chased around by his 40 million fangirls, fanboys, and fanman. He’s an amazingly kind and gentle person, and we have just about everything in common that you can think of. Literally. It’s prettymuch insane.

Kaorie-chan
RIRI-CHAN. Or Kow-chan. Outside of the internet, she's my bestest friend! She lives justtttt down the street from moi. <3 She's crazy, and we can get super-hyper together... Late at night. With cookies. And other sugary-stuff! n-n We also like having insane conversations with Tidus at like 2 AM in the morning. She loves gymnastics and is super-cool. I luff you Ri-chan~! <3 We also have monthly Japanese nights where we cook our own Japanese food, except I usually end up screwing up and, oh, burning the rice for example. But she’s good at cooking it. <3

Kocoe
Ko-kun~! He's Ri-chan's widdle brother. <3 Well, not really. But he is younger! Ko likes, no loves cat brushes. (It’s a really long story, but prettymuch I love to torture him by brushing his hair with kitteh brushes). He's one of my very bestest friends, I couldn’t live without him. Oh, ‘and it’s Ko-ko-eh, not Cocoa’ as it puts it. xD

Sports have always been a very large part of my life. I’ve done gymnastics since I was two or so, along with soccer since I was about three. Those two I only do recreationally, but I have a blast doing both sports. Especially gymnastics. There’s just something about the feeling of throwing yourself pointlessly in the air only to expect to land in some awkward position that just gives me the ultimate thrill. XD;

I play on my school’s Varsity volleyball team, and I’ve also played club ball for the last three years, however I’m not playing club this year. I’ve gotten extremely sick and tired of volleyball over the last year due to limited playing time and an overload of bench warming.
