That too. Unless you know how to blackmail haggle the guys down at the Microcenter (or any electronics store really). Then that's no problem twisted

And sadly, it's pretty much that. Though there are some who are assholes no matter the season, which is much worse. (My dad's a general example of this).

Then again, the presents part doesn't matter much in mine since we're all dirt-poor anywho, after paying off bills and getting gifts for others outside of the family. (It's gift enough to have the women cook all day, guys barbecue later, everybody cleaning in the end. That's a Christmas miracle/present in our opinion. 'Cause the guys are generally too lazy to do anything and the girls... we don't love spending absolutely all day in the kitchen. But the satisfaction of tasty food is what keeps is all together. We're food-whores, I tell you. Food. Whores. Maybe I should make a post about that somewhere. n_n; )

Indeed. <<; though that will be hard, since there's no way I'm going shopping anytime this week (due to said snowstorm, door is frozen shut. And it's mad cold outside.)

Ah, the point of Christmas... aside from the togetherness of family and other moral stuffs, in my family it's the time to pig out on food, as usual. And plan ahead for the Vietnamese New Year (never too late to think early about it), which is supposedly the Cat, which my parents are <<;

Expensive they are, but a worthwhile investment. Especially for my computer. GIMP out of nowhere decides to crash on me every time I try to open it D: PS magically doesn't (though having it work on a half-gig of ram isn't easy either... still, magically delicious that it works fine!)

So how was your Christmas? C:
