in the bathroom, leah was hanging over the sink, "bad.....that was bad.......i shouldnt have.......it was wrong........i mean he doesnt even like me that way.......im.....im a horrible person....." leah fists were clenched tight and a trickle of blood came from between her fingers.

Hheheheeh...I guess so. Always make sure to have milk, a clean mug, and a box of Swiss Miss or Nestle hot chocolate on hand. That will make you feel GREAT after a nasty day. Add your favorite snack by a warm, toasty fire with your favorite comfy clothes and a good book or tv or videogame, and I SWEAR you'll feel better about yourself and the world. Works for me EVERYTIME. wink Also, eating good, filling food like chebata bread (hebrew, i think and not how it's spelled but how it sounds) which is egg based bread (THICK AND DELICIOUS PLAIN) or some other easy to eat, tasty food does wonders for sleepless nights.
