Starr turned, but smiled, a bit surprised.
"Um, sure! I'd love that! Any place in particular you'd want to go?" she asked, and then paused to look at her costume.
"Also, is it customary to wear your costume to such an event, or would normal clothes be preferred?" she asked, truly not sure which to wear.

Starr could tell that the atmosphere was a bit...awkward. She wasn't sure why, but she was also aware that she was usually bad at clearing it up. For some odd reason when she tried to encourage people to be less awkward around her, it seemed to get worse, though she couldn't for the life of her figure out why that was.
"Well, anyway, I'll see you around I guess! Don't be a stranger!" she grinned, walking away with a wave.

A girl with pink hair and clothes to match appeared, flashing a smile that held nothing but the purest of joys and good will, a smile that made her bright red eyes seem welcoming instead of threatening (as most red eyes were perceived to be).
"Ah! Hello there! My name is Starr, and while I might be new to the hero world, I would hope we might be able to be friends! Or at least, that you will never have to hesitate to call on me for help, if ever so needed." She introduced, bubbly and full of energy. Pep, was certainly not something she lacked.
