Well, I only take one medication, for OCD.

But I do have mild depression, but it's clearing up because I'm seeing a counselor.

Speaking of my councelor... I have to see her tonight.

It's an energy drink; like Red Bull (Red Bull gives you wiiiings, heh heh). It's very akin to a hyuped up Jones Soda, if you've ever had it.
