Ha! Fair enough. At least now I have a starting point. I listened to the two songs you recommend, and I think the one that resonates the most with me is "Blowin' In The Wind". But, I really do enjoy "Like a Rolling Stone". Even for its time, it seems to strike true in many ways.

Oh wow. Now that... that is a man who enjoys his craft! You truly do not see artists dedicate themselves so thoroughly to their trade, as it were, these days. I had no idea that he had such a wide array of music! No wonder there was a movie made about him (which, I haven't seen, but to be fair, I do not watch many movies to begin with).

It actually is rather exciting - - I don't think I've ever really dived into an artist that is quite like Dylan. I'm glad I decided to look into him now, rather than when I was younger, as my taste of music is just... everywhere now. It's not as skewed as it used to be, that is for sure. xD

Admittedly, I tend to shy away from making comments. Not that I don't like talking to people, but I just can never find anything to talk about. >n> But, I suppose the ice breaker in this case was Bob Dylan, haha. I know that when it comes to him, it can be a bit hectic to try to dive in without some kind of manual or guide. xD Like I said, I have a lot of friends who are very much fans of his, but I've never really had the chance to sit down and listen. And when you have an artist that's extremely diverse, it can be hard to find a spot to settle.

I see - - while I don't listen to a lot of his songs, I do know of many, many of my friends who adore him. Are there any songs you recommend that I try to listen to off the bat before trying to dive into the discography that is Bob Dylan? c:
