Hey Hellite! Not much bro, just got drunk last night while watching Law Abiding Citizen. Pretty badass movie! LOL

And I haven't really had sushi at all... but I have had Yakisoba noodles with vegetables and teriyaki chicken. It's sooo goood!

You sound like me. The first week in November
I started Weight Watchers. I decided to live a healthier
life. I have a stationary bike that I ride for 30 minutes everyday
and so far I have lost 20 pounds. I stopped smoking cigs
almost 4 years ago. The other is on average once every 2 weeks or so.
I feel so much better! Let me be the first to say I'm PROUD of you!

I just blew my load on the stupid insurance people. Made me pay a stupid fee even though the problem was on their end. stare

and I don't think they do... not where I come from anyway, although it may differ state to state.
but yeah, pretty positive in tenn & ny too they don't need it.

Actually, I'm doing pretty well here. The weather's starting to get a bit warmer. I can feel the sun on my skin when I walk, even though it's slightly chilly~!
