Probably like a reddish-pink. Nothing super flashy, but a darker red than normal lips would be.

It's beautiful, I really love it so far. Could you maybe fill in her lower half (doesn't have to be all, just some legs would be awesome) and have the railing be open, like one pillar on either side of her?

Nah, I haven't. They tend to be a waste of my time, a lot of people just have no respect for good matching. Pffff. Or their themes make it impossible.

I like the Kirei eyes a lot, but mostly if I use the masquerade eyes with them.

It's alright, I understand those things. A lot of my avatars just have to have eyes that fit the theme. Like this one has sexy eyes. Others might have innocent eyes or something.

You know how balconies have trim with pillars that hold up a flat part that goes around the edge of the balcony itself? Like, the railing, or whatever. The flat part of the railing that rests on top of the pillars, which is normally about stomach-height, is the "ledge" I meant.
