Well, I'm on break now while waiting for the university acceptance letter. Break part's fun, waiting part not. Makes me all nervous.
I've been on hiatus for quite some time but now I'm resuming rping. Tho I kinda got a little rusty in making up new characters...

To the first three parts, no.
To the last two, the overpowered god-tier character fad only really started up about a year ago, and there is actually quite an abundance of balanced and well done characters available.
In addition, the Hulk is fealling a bit travelly, so I'm going to give him a free ride on the Yukari Express.
