Yes, hehe. They still haven't gotten the collasol squid on camera, but they did catch one live in 2007, but it died getting on board, so they froze it and took it to a lab. I'm watching it on Discovery now. xD

Oh no I wasn't thinking about a giant squid that can sink ships! Lol! I know legends come from fact, but the fact is often exaggerated out of fear. smile

There probably isn't any squid who ever wrapped it's tentacles around a ship and sank it...perhaps a row boat...hehe!

I remember posting something awhile back that you were wrong about, also...although I do remember you were wrong, I don't remember what about. xD

I do know you're wrong, this squid is the squid I am thinking of, the one that has been washed up on shores dead, never seen live. The collassal squid is even larger and has never been filmed, either. I'm watching it on Discovery as well as reading about it. gonk
