That was all Gambit could take. He rose to his feet and glared at Skaars back. How dare he attack her? And he thought this was becuse he loved her! Guess it wasn't love as much as lust. Gambit had no tolerance for such treatment of a woman. In a falsh he had a full hand of cards and tossed them at Skaar's back.

"Leave 'er alone. Chu are such a liar, Chu nevah loved 'er!"

Gambit slowly made his way bac to the mansion, full of dread with Rouge, worry for Blink. Why did she Blink out so fast? In the middle of his sentence too. He tossed a few cards as he whent every few steps blowing up an anthill or gopher hole. HE walked by the tress and didn't see Blink or he may of stopped. HE blew upa few cards as he went by. If only he could tell how this would turn up. He was being threatened with the end of a friendship and relation ship. It was a bitter taste indeed.

Gambit listend to her. It made sense, A laspe in judgement on both thier parts. It made sense. She had just come from a world of death and destruction, and he was pretty much the first one to meet her in this world of Gaia. He had called her for help and she him. IT made sense that she may have some sort of feelings for him, and a lapse of judgment sounded logical. Forgiving her wouldn;t be hard, it would be forgiving himself. HE had to tell Rouge, keeping a secret like this wouldn't help. HE would leave Blink's name out of it.

"Ah underst-" was all he could get out before she Blinked out. "-and....."

He stared at her spot where she had been a second ago. She looked hurt as well. HE would talk to her when she showed up agian. Tell her he didn;t blame her and he forgave her. Till then... he had to find Rouge. He hoped he found Blink first.
