[color=orange]"Well..."[/color] she stopped again in her tracks, another laugh at herself. Remembering what'd she'd say in return to someone saying the word 'well'. Shutting the door behind Blink, as the two of them started to walk off the door came off of its hinges and crashed to the floor. Rogue jumped and spun around, only to see dust settling after the dropping of the door. Grumbling to herself, she walked over, picked up the door, and somehow jimmy rigged it to stay on.

[color=orange]"A lot... de house... well we really shouldn't be 'ere. It's sorta condemned. Yeh can thank Magneto fer de way de house looks."[/color] She stopped then turned towards Blink, knowing she'd probably take that. Magneto attacked her. [color=orange]"But! he did not attack muah. He wuz savin' muah. 'Cuz ah wuz trapped in muah own house. One o' Apocalypse's horsemen... Death came a knockin', n' stole muah powers...."[/color]

Her head sank, as she relived that moment over again in her mind. She really wanted to run. Run far away, and never return. But she knew the time for running was coming to an ending. [color=orange]"He dun told me, dat muah husband, Remy wuz dead. But alive as well. Sorta a catch 22. He swore, dat any time ah fought him, dat Remy would be afflicted wit' severe pain."[/color]

[color=orange]"Ah didn't believe him, and fought back. Dat's when he took muah powers and he.... he...."[/color] Rogue's mouth was dry as a cotton ball. Trying to make her lips part as she was finding it not so difficult to talk about. Not like it was in the beginning. [color=orange]"Death.."

"Death, dun beat muah ta death. Den he proceeded.... to.... "[/color]

She felt ashamed. Dirty. Used. Abused. All that creepy, crawly sensation returned with a vengence making her sick to her stomach. She was already pale, and somehow managed to get paller from the sensation. She felt the room starting to sway around her, as she went to the counter top only to have it break as she placed her weight against it. Swearing her her breath, she tossed the broken part of the bar off into the other side of the room. Which shattered upon impact with the wall.

She was doing her best to hold what she'd been able to keep down the last several days. Clinging to the side, you could tell she was trembling. Not from being cold, just from the memories. Frowning she mentally beat herself up, telling her that it was in the past. She had been used before, this was nothing. She was a survivor. Then again... she wasn't married then. Nor did she have a kid for that matter, with someone she cared about. Someone she cared about... if he truly cared about her, even in this state he was in. He wouldn't have done what he did. Would he? Was he truly powerless? Surely not... Not Gambit.

She swallowed dryly, reaching for a glass of water, taking a long drink. Letting out a deep sigh. [color=orange]"Death, was usin' the body he was in... ta take advantage o' me. Touchin' muah... violating muah space. Fer his pleasure. Rapin' not only my mind, but muah body. He didn't get too far. Magneto appeared and stopped Death from killing me off. In de process of savin' muah, he hurt Death to a point, whereas the both o' us could hear Remy screaming in agony. Ah... Ah... Ah didn't want ta believe it! Ah thought it wuz a lie. Remy would never place a fingah o' harm against muah. He's nevah done it."[/color]

She said, turning to face Blink by now. She was completely sheet white. [color=orange]"Ah think... Death is behind the disappearance o' our son too..."[/color] She sighed, running her fingers through her hair, feeling it fall out in lumps as she pulled her hands back. [color=orange]"Well.. look at dat. I will be bald b'fer ah truly get old n' wrinkly."[/color] She couldn't help but laugh in a manic manner.

[color=orange]"Well... don't quote me on dat. Ah don't know, whare our son is... If Death didn't take him. Ah dun know whare he is. He's just... no ... more."[/color] Staring a
