If your family owns the home, ask your family's Realtor, or ask people who really know about your home's history. If dad and mom have a Realtor, he or she should be able to answer any question that relates to your home's history. A Realtor must tell or answer any question about a house before selling it to interested buyers. It's called full disclosure.
