I'm glad the orb looks like magic! Its actually meant to be a crown, but my hair is so spectacular that its all covered up apart from the gemstone!

Hey! I was kinda wondering when I would hear from you!
I thought about sending a text but I didn't really know what to say (and also, I would have to climb the back hill of the property to get reception, so its not too enticing).
Given 'us' until December- so Mollie is getting kicked out too? And here I thought she was just usurping you.

So you've quit school, for realzies? I'm a little surprised, gotta admit, but I guess you can always go back to it later if you did ever want the official piece of paper.

Proof of income, yeeeeah. Its not so hard for students to get that in aus, because if we're full time in a approved course we have 'Centrelink', which essentially supports us. Still have to find relatively kind realestate agents though, and I had to get someone to sign forms that said they could cover me if I ever failed to pay rent. It gets easier the more you do it, because you have more paperwork backing up that you're a responsible person etc etc.

Ooh! A bike! Your city is pretty good bike material, too- I don't remember it having any killer hills (apart from, yanno, the cliffs, which I dont think count unless you're trying to cycle to the airport).
But yeah, no. We don't really have black friday sales- I mean, we have the online black friday/saturday morning sales from when America does their thing (on Steam, on Gaia, etc) but I'm pretty sure no shops here do it... Unless they're really american. So, maybe a few chains stores will have things? Its not a big deal.
Sounds kinda like what happens on boxing day though, tbh. Its like, massive sales and huge crowds of people and hectic hectic hectic!
Last year I was in New York on boxing day and legit some of the sidewalks became as crowded as moshpits. Its insane! Luckily, I was in bright pink and my bro had a stupid camo mask on his face, so mum and rhi could both easily find us if we all got seperated. Everyone who works on boxing day and Christmas gets paid double I think, because its A) shitty and B) you're giving up your holidays. We asked the cleaner in NY if that was the case for her and she said no, it was just normal wage for working on these days. I was so angry! I practically broke a window...okay, maybe I did, but it was one part anger one part accident.... the room was very cold after that. >_>"

Its cool to hear you're applying for stuff. Maaaan, I'm such a moocher- my younger sister has had so many proper jobs! She's even got TWO right now, and just finished her undergrad with honours. Blah! I'm being outshined and its cool but its also frustrating because I want to hold myself to those standards too! Maybe next year I'll make money :/

My life right now consists of waking up because of rabbit noises, playing with him because theres not much else to do, learning spanish, point n click games, being an obnoxious know-it-all on recolor.me, a daily climb up the stupid hill as stupid exercise, and icecream and raspberry MnMs. And thats a summary of the last 6 days. PRETTY INTERESTING HUH!?

Ah! I'll be stalking your posts and watching for some thread about it.
Might join, might not. Kinda got things going on now, but I suppose I could play for a month and then character kill/send away/mysteriously disappear them?

RR only came out like, last Thursday in Aus. Its kinda pathetic how slow we get movies.
I went with a group- it was odd, actually. It was a facebook bronies group, and most of the brony forum regulars (the ones who play magic and who organise separate meets) weren't there. None of my housemates even went! So I essentially went to the movies with a bunch of like, 20 random strangers? I knew maybe four of them though, so that eliminated awkwardness. The train trip took a while so I played boxes with whoever was sitting across with me, and got my a** kicked, but it was a good way to pass the time instead of talking about Ingress. God. I kinda hate Ingress, tbh. Everyone who plays it seems to get obsessed and then they're always on their phone and it takes forever to get anywhere because they just gotta take a detour and capture some portals. Uuuuugh.

I didn't paint my face, no. Actually, none of us were glamrocked- seeing as we hadn't SEEN the movie, none of us knew about the costumes from the movie, I guess?
Yeah, there was one guy in the group who was taking pictures (also a bunch of randoms took photos but obviously I can't show you those pics).

I went back into the city with a bunch of them afterwards. Idk what the intent was originally (maybe drink or something? But half of 'em were underage), and we shot things with nerf guns and took photos in a kawaii photo booth.

I taught them how to draw on the pictures and regretted it
Our 'group name' was so dumb.

Went to see Rainbow Rocks today, dressed as lolita fluttershy, gave out felted heart badges I made to everyone else in cosplay (to encourage them, right?).
AND I LOOKED SO GREAT AAAH I feel so good about myself today >.<

A got a 'Songstress' which comes with a shirt, skirt, legs and two hands playing a harp.
One of the hands looks a little bit like a claw, or its too small or something, but its cool! More instruments! xD
I'm currently wearing the shirt from it.

How can you 'lose'? Isn't it always just like, chance? And you always come out with an item?
