Fun thing about HoC, it's not always having the best cards, it's USUALLY knowing what you're doing more than your opponent, or having a better strategy. Heh, I'd kinda use GC to buy the starter armies I didn't start with for their units, maybe, MAYBE one or two of the Iona's packs, cause those sound better than the crap we get for Essence. No, I'm upset about the Gold pack because I literally could have gotten more use buying 3 silver packs and selling off the chaft. Probably still would have gotten at least one good card. razz

I'm level 25, but the pack had virtually nothing helpful. Mana Convergence (now at 3), Nightshade _____ (The kingdom unit, I now have a set), and Kak The Scar, not that good but a hero's a hero. The other two were random chaft I already had sets of. :/ Waste of 15k essence... -_-

Kitty! So how are you?

I'm doing the Dragons story-line, and why are you stuck? I beat M2 my first try today, and have been running through them all. Only regret is I'm not getting as much Essence as I want. (my first gold pack since the update sucked) I'm already fighting Vorax.

Is Demons the only faction to NOT have to deal with that while saving Helena? Cause that's just ******** annoying... It's not really unfair, it's just retardedly annoying.
Well, other strategists have recommended Man-at-Arms cause the only thing that'll do more than 1 damage to him is specials, and the herald in the first wave, he's less useful in wave 2 though. Basically you want to make a wall between your Commander and Gwydion, and use some fast units to get damage in. Here's what I'd recommend for Kingdom:

Man-At-Arms
Light Infantry
Heavy Infantry
Royal Alchemist (cause additional heals is nice)
Huntsman
Rattling Imp
Terror Blade
Dragonspawn Savant
Apprentice Geomancer
Questing Knight
Swiftwing Scout
Jagged Legion
Shadow Demon

That's what I can recommend right now since I've not done the Kingdom missions so I don't have their reward cards, and I didn't start with them so I don't know the useful stuff.

I had 12 units... including her, but they have practically NOTHING but units with Damage aura so when she attacks, she gets hurt and quickly dies from attacking enough... :/
Oh, you're using Kingdom for Mission 8... Good luck, Man At Arms, Heavy Infantry, and Blade of Terror will be your best friend. If you have one, Artilliary Golem too...

Kitty... How far are you with Dragons? Cause I keeping having Helena freaking die to Damage Aura in Mission 2 since none of the fights last long enough for her to use her healing ability...
