Yeah. There are lots of people who own huskies, and large dogs like that where I live. The summers don't get that hot, and if they do they usually just shave/cut the fur in June and it's grown back by fall.

You can have a husky everywhere. XD I was born in Aalska, and I currently live in Wisconsin. Alaska is beautiful, but harsh, and a life style that can be very cut off from the rest of the world.
