Rune = rhymes with Dune, which is a name I found on this app I have on my iPod Touch where it makes up a vampire name for you
of = See the first one
Shadows = I like the word shadows. And I like shadows. Whenever someone's mad, if I can, I hide in the shadows until I can leave the room.

The Rune of Shadows = a male vampire who likes shadows and is comforted by them. (Please tell me the vampire who made me one was Dorian! >w< wink

No, you're not a fail. The About Me parts are probably for finding out more about your friends than you learned in a conversation with them. For example, did you even know that I read The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod, much less be a big fan of the character Dorian? I don't remember even talking about it to anyone in Towns or Virtual Hollywood. See?
