Ok well shes says you more in likly have is Chronic insomnia, And pot is not really gonna help. Shes says Tylenol PM might work. Or even a sleepy time herbal tea, it's not addicting like alot of stuff that a docter could give you. And that if you go to a docter they might be able to trace it and might be anxiety, with something going on in your life. But Chronic Insomnia, is very common now-a-days.

Ahhh.
I couldn't go to sleep till 1 in the morning one day last week. But i had drank a coffee xp
I'm not aloud to have coffee anymore sad
They have sleeping pills you know.
But theres one brand i will not allow you to take cuz it says that some people are experiencing times lapses o.o
