eek Oh my gosh! Goodness you've been through so much recently. I've had three surgeries over the past two years, one of which was an emergency so I can sympathize with how miserable recovery can be. A friend of mine had a similar condition to yours and I will say you definitely have youth on your side. I hope you continue to have a speedy and successful full recovery! emotion_hug Hopefully it won't be long now before the weather warms up some and you can get outside for some walks to have a change of scenery.
Yes, my head is spinning with scholarship grants, applications for residence etc. Her 1st choice is a local uni, though she'd still live in rez @ least for the first year, to help her settle in. But her 2nd choice, which she's gotten early acceptance to, is quite a ways out of town. If she ends up going there it's going to mean a rush within just a few months to get what she'll need and move her there. As a parent I have mixed feelings on both scenarios. *le sigh*
Anyhoo, go glad to hear from you and hope that you're feeling healthy and strong very soon!

Welcome back! How are the courses going? We've been inching closer to knowing where my daughter will be going to university this fall and I find the whole process kinda overwhelming. So many factors to think about not to mention deadlines to meet. sweatdrop Most colleges/universities here wrap up in April, will this be the case for you?

Nothing makes things seem better than some really good quality sleep! I'm sorry you had to experience such hurtful words. I recently had a similar experience and it boggles my mind what it is that prompts some people to be inclined to inflict such pain on others. I'm glad you're able to start moving past the experience. As difficult as it is at the time, I do believe it can make a person stronger and better prepared for future incidents because sadly, as long as humans are the way they are, it won't be the last you'll endure. On the upside, I'm a firm believer in karma and I usually take some comfort from knowing that what goes around comes around. Keep your chin up and failing all else, go have some chocolate XD emotion_hug

How was the camping? Hopefully the weather wasn't too hot and muggy for you. I'll be getting a few days of camping in with my family in early August and have my fingers crossed that all this mugginess and rain storms are done by then.
